What Postal or Courier services do you use?

We use Whistl to send parcels within the UK. You will have a choice of standard / express delivery methods to choose from at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

When you reach the checkout page every delivery option will show you an exact arrival day & date. Generally though arrival times are between 1-3 working days.

Can I get my parcel delivered to a different address?

You have the option to add a different delivery address when placing your order with us.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

Can I change my delivery address after my parcel has been despatched?

No, unfortunately once the order has been despatched we are unable to change any details.

The courier has not delivered my parcel?

If the delivery is missed, the courier will post a card through your door and give you further instructions on which local sorting office to pick your parcel up from. In nearly every case it is the one closest to your house. They may also try to redeliver the following day.

Can I track my parcel?

If you have not received your parcel when expected you can contact our Customer Service Team where we will be able to help track your parcel. If emailing, please ensure you include your order number and we will send you a tracking number that can be used on the relevant website.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up orders from our warehouse.
